"In times like these where the world around us can fade so easily into pixels and static it can be easy to become distanced from even our own minds. It feels like fighting a fog of apathy to try to remember what it's like to exist in the world. The work that I've been making is my response to this battle. The videos and images were created in response to fatigue at being represented to other people solely through a screen. This desire for connection with others and the reality of isolation has caused me to rethink how I was being represented to those around me and what that means about me. "
